WELCOME TO STOCKSBRIDGE NEURO REHABILITATION CENTRE
Stocksbridge Neuro – Rehabilitation Centre is located in Deepcar, Sheffield, close to the Pennine Hills.
Established over 20 years ago, we are a brain injury rehabilitation centre offering specialist residential care for up to 23 individuals, including 8 continuing care beds for clients with complex care needs related to their brain injury.
Our aim is to assess and rehabilitate clients to a point where they can be involved in their future care, either in a step down or community setting. Our programmes are led by our Consultant Clinical psychologist and supported by our multi-disciplinary team who deliver excellence in care, which is reflected in our positive resident feedback and CQC rating of “Good”.
